How far in advance should we book?
Arrangements from our Signature Collections arrive three weeks after your order is received. Custom designs must be booked at least twelve weeks in advance. We’ve found that the following timelines are perfect for our custom packages: The Moment books three to six months out, The Story books six to nine months out, and The Legacy books nine to twelve months out.
Are real-touch flowers really lifelike, and are they allergy friendly?

How will my flowers arrive?
We ship throughout the United States with tracking and careful packaging that protects shape and texture. Your arrangements will arrive with clearly labeled packages, simple fluffing instructions, and a care card. In Central Florida, we also offer in-person delivery and setup for Signature Collections and custom design packages.
Can I mix a Signature Collection with custom elements?
Absolutely! The Moment package allows you to start with a collection you love, then adjust colors, sizes, or add special pieces. If you want a fully bespoke look, we recommend The Story or The Legacy instead.
Can I see colors or a sample before I commit?
