If we haven’t met before, hi! My name is Rosemary Sammons and I’m the CEO and floral designer of Rosemary’s Garden Florals. For years, I’ve helped hundreds of couples across the United States design the perfect faux wedding florals to match their vision and budget.
Not only am I a professional florist, I’m also a professional educator! My Master of Education degree and Educational Doctorate coursework (both at the University of Florida, Go Gators!) focused on instructional design, and I served as an online course designer for five years at two top universities before leaving to pursue my wedding floristry dream full time.

Do I need any floral design experience to book a consult?
Not at all! These consults were created for beginners, hobbyists, and couples who simply want their DIY florals to look refined without guessing their way through it. I give you step-by-step instructions, visual diagrams, and clear guidance so you’ll know exactly what to buy and how to put everything together.
Will you help me choose the right stems and quantities?
Yes! That’s one of the biggest benefits of booking a consultation. I recommend specific faux stems, greenery, accents, and quantities based on your color palette and the designs we create together.
Do you offer help while I’m actually making the arrangements?
The Premium Consult includes a second live call on your assembly day (must be redeemed within one year from purchase date), plus email support while you’re creating your florals. If you choose the Petite or Complete Consult, you’ll receive written instructions and diagrams, but not live assembly support. You can always upgrade later if you decide you'd like hands-on guidance.
How far in advance should I book my consult?
I recommend scheduling your consultation 6–10 weeks before your wedding. This gives you plenty of time to gather your stems, order anything you need, and build your arrangements without feeling rushed. If you’re working with a shorter timeline, that’s okay! I can typically accommodate quicker turnarounds, but book as soon as possible so we can get started and stay on track.
Can I still hire you to make certain pieces for me?
Absolutely! Many couples love designing some of their florals themselves but prefer to order specific items directly from me, such as a luxe bouquet for a bride or larger pieces like arch swags that you may be uncomfortable making yourself.
